Family-run hotel with very friendly staff, renovated in 2011. 5 minutes walk to the beach, and superb garden. There is nothing in Cannes that can tick all the boxes for the great holiday at this price.
Internet connection was slow

The rooms were very clean and the hotel employees were very polite and helpful. The hotel is very close to the beaches and city center. There are many shops around the hotel you can meet all your needs.
The rooms are a bit small.

A Positive Experience with Cute Vibes
Enjoyed a good five-night stay with my fiancé. The continental breakfast was so good-especially the fresh pastries. Staff provided excellent service and local recommendations. The soundproof windows were a welcome feature. A tip , consider requesting extra linens for maximum comfort.

Extremely pleasant and large rooms with very comfy beds and wake-up service. Renovated bathroom, and a balcony, free WiFi, and a carpet. Nice and absolutely perfect location in Cannes, close to the sea front and the main shopping street as well as main city area. Also, in a nice garden.

Spacious room, newly renovated bathroom. Had clean it's own balcony, complimentary WiFi, and a carpet. Nice and perfect location - right next to a vibrant covered open-air market.

The breakfast spread was great! I adored relaxing with gourmet delights on my lovely balcony. For nearby eats, you can't miss La Serviette Blanche Chefs Table just 0.3 km away, serving up very nice dishes that blew my mind!
I have given all my thoughts about the lovely hotel above. And in our opinion, nothing could have been better, except perhaps a tad more soundproofing for rooms next to the stairs.

I had breakfast in the terrace. The room was clean with balcony, the breakfast was savoury. Location: the hotel was next to the restaurants and promenade, main shopping street and ten minutes walk to main rail station.

The staff were engaging and helpful. The location is fantastic - close to the promenade and main shopping area but quiet and calm. A small charming darden was an utter delight.
It was exceeded our expectations,!!

The ideal location offers easy access to both beaches and shopping areas, while the room struck a balance between comfort and cleanliness, with a charming balcony that provided a pleasant retreat. The breakfast was a highlight, with locally-inspired dishes, made each morning special. The shower space was restricted, which might not be suitable for everyone, and the lighting in the bathroom could use improvement. Occasional noise from neighboring rooms could disrupt an otherwise tranquil atmosphere.

The room was an excellent romantic interlude for my wife and I, very comfortable without being lavish, it had wonderful garden view with balcony. The staff were great and helped us find things in the neighborhood and very friendly.

Very good location, short walk to both Croisette seaside and rue d'Antibes shopping, also lots of restaurants nearby. Very quiet as set back from the street in its own little garden with a patio where breakfast can be served. Our room had a huge terrace as it was right above reception on 1st floor but many rooms had balconies otherwise. Very reasonable for the price given the location, general priciness of Cannes in high season. Entire hotel just renovated so very fresh. Rooms are very small but have everything you need. Breakfast is ok value at 10 Uros, though you can get the same for less
As noted, rooms are a bit tight but well thought out. Garden is nice to sit in but can be a bit buggy with little biting flies, so use repellent if you have it! That said these are very minor issues, I feel, and otherwise no complaints.
